ABOUT THE COMPANY –
We are a service company who provide “Leads” FREE OF COST to various Tier II partners/Corporate Resellers/Solution Providers i.e., list of customers willing to maintain/strengthen/expand/transform their IT Infrastructure product portfolio which includes a combination of various servers, storage and effective networking. We do our analysis on the Market Data which we get from our trustworthy Market Intelligence data providers. With an industry experience of over 15 years, we have good knowledge in all of the “Sales Life Cycle” process i.e., from Lead generation, Account Business Planning, Opportunity Management, Order/Shipment/Revenue Management which is part of the “Demand & Supply” Planning process, to business continuity planning via providing effective services for best customer experience. We have in our earlier role been very effective in proactively identifying the required demand/lead generation prevailing to the business problems with regards to identifying new customers, HW to Services Product association, Services Attach, Upsell and Cross sell product recommendations etc. We, through our business understanding and analysis will come up with a “Solution” which will not only help solve the problem but also ensure in getting more “Incremental” revenue to the business. We also did ensure that this solution is adopted by the various businesses within the organization by constantly interacting with various business leaders. We have successfully bought in more than $1 billion dollars of leads/demand generation through our analysis every year and more importantly ensured that the customer “Installed Base” is not reducing over a period of time.
Over the period of industry experience and knowledge, we found that we can contribute more in demand/lead generation and in the process, help enable a successful “Sales Life Cycle”. We apply all these kind of skills/Operational analytical capabilities in the data analysis and identify the “Leads” or list of customers that the Tier II partners/Corporate Resellers/Solution Providers can sell the IT infrastructure products available in their arsenal. We strongly believe in providing our customers (Tier II partners/Corporate Resellers/Solution Providers) with “Actionable Intelligence” than being artificial, this is especially when Tier II partners/Corporate Resellers/Solution Providers play an important role in working on one of the most important business segments of any IT Company i.e., Providing Leads/Demand Generation, as “Leads” is THE business segment which enables the entire “Sales Life Cycle” process in any organization.
SOLUTION – “DEMAND OUTSOURCING” START OF A NEW CHAPTER.
“Demand Outsourcing” here does not mean demand planning in supply chain but demand/lead generation.
We as a service provider strongly believe that any company for their growth and sustenance in the market should concentrate more on their core business and outsource other key elements which can be managed by other service providers. This case has been further substantiated by the recent pandemic situation prevalent in the world. This epidemic has created an awareness among people and made them realize that there are other alternate and better ways of achieving goals and that one should always welcome change and look at these contemporary avenues positively. It is in this context i.e., “Demand Outsourcing” that we have conceptualized the entire solution which will not only help customers get their desired products but also in the process help the product seller and the Tier II partners/Corporate Resellers/Solution Providers make margins without spending a single $. The only big change being the Lead generation, which is “Demand Outsourced” to service providers like US. Gone are the day’s where the seller used to generate leads via partner/marketing events, campaigns etc., in this pandemic times one cannot expect to get the desired leads via video conferencing etc., as data normalization would be a problem. This is where we step in and provide the required leads via list of customers to whom the seller can sell the product without spending a single $ on any marketing campaigns and partner events.
WHY TIER II PARTNERS/CORPORATE RESELLERS/SOLUTION PROVIDERS ? –
As we are all aware, Tier II partners/Corporate Resellers/Solution Providers run almost 75% to 80% of the business and most importantly play a very prominent role in maintaining the business continuity of the IT manufacturer/seller and further expansion of their brand name in the market as and how best defined in their agreement. All big IT manufacturer’s openly standby and endorse active participation of all Tier II partners/Corporate Resellers/Solution Providers in the market as they all know that they have more connect with the customer than them. With Tier II partners/Corporate Resellers/Solution Providers having such an important role to play in the market, we as a service company thought that we should definitely help make the Tier II partners/Corporate Resellers/Solution Providers life a bit easier and help provide these partners with such informative details which would not only help them maintain their presence but also help grow their business in the market. And going back to the definition of “Demand Outsourcing” given above, Tier II partners/Corporate Resellers/Solution Providers role is a lot of wider and should necessarily not involve lead/demand generation. But having said that, lead/demand generation is a very important business segment which cannot be completely ignored and this is where we would like to play an important role.
